Throughout his career, Douglas has demonstrated success in building and growing businesses, achieving two exits in the music and photography industries. He thrives at the nexus of business and technology. He has more than two decades of experience designing products and building software businesses. He has founded three separate companies and grown each of them to over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.

Prior to launching STELTHē, Douglas focused on innovative partnerships, venture investments, and M&A transactions with strategic enterprises. He led teams from vision through evaluation, selection, deal diligence and integration. These successful transactions contribute to a two decade long track record of technology leadership and subject matter expertise.

Douglas earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and is an alumnus of Y Combinator.
